Good news?
Quasimodo recently got a nod-on for judges' choice at the inaugural Noise Singapore showcase over print, broadcast & media.
Were invited to the event at Rouge, but emo-punk bands such as Auburn's Epiphany (some rich kids who had already made an EP) and hip hop gangstas!!! Da T Squad got to perform instead cause they appealed to the mainstream audience, apparently.
They got the MTV exposure, and radio airplay. And rightly so, following in the footsteps of their sublime idols "My Chemical Romance", "Ashlee Simpson", "Nelly", "Chingy" et al.
It always easier to jump into the bandwagon, isn't it?
Cheers to that.
